Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on any HUBKARD Suite product (CountSheet, HubKard, MenuCraft, or MarketPilot), operated by HubKard, Kaštel Novi, Croatia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

HUBKARD Suite is a collection of restaurant management tools: inventory counting (CountSheet), multi-hub management (HubKard), menu costing (MenuCraft), and marketing analysis (MarketPilot). The service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve it.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password (minimum 8 characters).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One person or entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Plans & Payment

HUBKARD Suite offers free and paid tiers:

  • Free: Basic features with usage limits. No payment required.
  • Pro: Extended features and higher limits. Billed monthly.
  • Enterprise: Full platform access with priority support.

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Your Data

You own your data. All content you create in any HUBKARD Suite product belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership or license to your data beyond what's necessary to provide the service.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to operate the service. This license terminates when you delete your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the service.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will provide notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

HUBKARD Suite provides tools for restaurant management, cost estimation, and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for business decisions made based on data in the platform. You are responsible for verifying costs, tax rates, and business decisions independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@hubkard.com. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Split, Croatia.
